Is theere way to flip/mirror a footprint but keep it on the same side of
the board.
For example I have an antenna facing one direction, I would like to flip
it from right to left but keep it on the same side of the PCB?

I think the only way is to do it in the lib editor. Assuming you are up
to speed at making lib parts. Dup the package then move the top layer to
the bottom. Save the new package and add that package to your device.

to speed at making lib parts. Dup the package then move the top layer to
the bottom. Save the new package and add that package to your device.
