VIA connection

i've just fabricated my board , may i know how to connect the VIA if i have one ?

    Im not sure whether I have understood you correctly but do you mean you have just fabricated a double sided board yourself (e.g. with etching or CNC etc)? If so, and you need to connect up vias then you need to drill through and solder a wire in.

    Also, I am assuming this is a DIY job and you don't have access to professional equipment to electroplate the through vias!
