.CSD18512Q5B 40V N-Channel NexFET
Power MOSFET | TI.com This is the mosfet im going use for my work. I'm using it for buck convertion. In this package type there are various drains and source for dissipating large amount of current. Can anybody say how to connect these in PCB board layout to connect products. I read that all similar drain's and source's must be connected within PCB for best efficiency of the IC. can anyone elaborate how to make connection in the PCB board.
