This function is available since, at least Version 7.7

You can find it under:  Tools  and is called:   Mirror board....

    Interesting that you answered a two year old post at last...

     

    There is still no function to just see (and work on) the board with

    bottom view. The "function" you are referring to in fact simply calls an

    ULP, which then indeed mirrors the whole board. This is a really bad

    workaround, since it changes the data instead of just changing the view,

    and it's definitely not what we have been asking for (for decades,

    meanwhile).
