If you really want a reliable device then take the data sheet and create
it yourself.

Good morning mr. Paschedag,
I'm sorry for the tone used in my previous e-mail :-) I did not want to look arrogant or look like someone who pretends things that are already ready. Sorry again.
In fact I have already created my component eagle file, I just wanted to compare it with an official.
Thank you for your reply.
Yours sincerely
Silvio

I didn't find any library but if you upload your work I might have a
look and compare it with the data sheet.

I had a short glimpse at your file and it looks quite OK.
You should observe that the pad numbers in the data sheet are given at
bottom view.
Eagle is always looking from top! Body size is OK but I didn't check the
pads. Attached is a suggestion that might help you (pads renumbered)

Hi,
the part is wrong.
Also the footprint is wrong.
A device have pins that begins from 1 not from elsewhere and goes numbering to the last pin; here the exposed pin will get the last pin number.
Also it is missing the symbol also the connection to the footprint.
The symbol can have pin names instead of pin numbers, because that are functioning names. Then the schematic will be easier to read.

Here have you some additional information for developing your footprint:
http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slua271a/slua271a.pdf
Every time it is necessary you have this information in the background in your brain,
even if you have not directly to do with this, but you have global information you can talk about.
If you use the advanced editor you can attach files.
If you haven't a packaging program:
