SMD size

Good morning

 

I am new in Eagle Cad.

 

I would like to create a smd pad 5,08 x 10,16 mm.

 

I can find in wirepad library a SMD2,54-5,98. It´s the half size I need.

 

I would like to receive your inatructions about how to create the smd pad 5,08 x 10,16 mm.
