Convert parts of Schematic/Board to Library part

I recently purchased some Elecrow IOT ESp8266 modules. They kindly

provided the Eagle sch/brd files for the device. I am looking for a way

to convert this to a library device - symbol/package.

 

Are there any ulp's for this purpose or features coming down the pipe to

make this easier?

    Figures - found some earlier posts reffing make-group2pac.ulp - checking

    that out now.
