  • Hello

    1.is there ulp or command for copy my board outline from layer 20 (dimension ??) to other layers (29 30) or or if no how do make this ??

    2. is posible to run cam job from script or ulp ??

    3. how ot copy one board to another ?? is it poisble by script or ??

    Hi Jan,

     

    1. You can do the following:

    -  Display layer 20 only

    - Use GROUP and select all

    - Activate CUT and click into the drawing

    - User PASTE and place the copied contour anywhere.

    - Now use GROUP again and select the new contour

    - Select CHANGE LAYER and choose the layer

    - Now Ctrl + right mouse click into the group.

    - Move group to original position with MOVE and Ctrl + right mouse click

     

    2. A script can not start a CAM job.

    There are ULPs that convert a CAM job into a script that starts the PRINT command. What do you want to do exactly?

     

    3. You can use GROUP and CUT and PASTE to copy one board into another.

    * Open the board where the objects are you want to use in
      your new project
    * Use DISPLAY to show all the layers
    * Select the Objects with GROUP
    * Activate the CUT command and click into the drawing in order
      to copy it into the clipboard
    * Now open the new board
    * Use the PASTE command and place the previously selected
      group.

    wow thx for fast answer but :-)

    2.  i dont mean convert cam job to image or so but create cam job and run it with help of ulp

    1+3. This i know that is possible but  this way i cant go... I need this proces to be automatic if there is ulp or is possible to create something with ulp ???
