    Hi Richard

I completed my design in Eagle and I want to export the BOM by using the DesignLink. When I run DesignLink I get the following error :

Error while accessing 'https://www.newark.com/pffind/services/SearchService': 299 Error downloading https://www.newark.com/pffind/services/SearchService - server replied: Internal Server Error Invalid Timestamp

What should I do to fix this?

    Thanks in advance Panos

    Panos,

please check the settings in Windows 7 Control Panel, System and click onto Advanced System settings.

There in the Advanced tab you find a button Environment Variable. Click it and check whther there is variable

LANG defined. If not please set it to en_US.

    Does Designlink work then?

    Regards,

    Richard

    Hi Panos,

no this can't be the problem. I am located in Europe as well and I can use the designlink ulp with Newark. I simply set the language setting to en_US and it works.

What is your operating system and locale settings?

    Regards,
    Richard
