Castillated edges could be two things...

    - series of (unplated) drill holes closely spaced  in a row so that

    the board breaks off there.

    -  I/O signals and power for the entire board are routed the

equivalent of large vias (plated drill holes) cut in half right at the

edge of the board, that are then used to make the board like a

"surface mount" assembly. Sometimes found on things like a smt radio

    module.

    Hi Joe,

I am sorry, but I am not familiar with the expression "Castellated edges". Is this something like passer marks which we have in our marks.lbr?

    Regards,

    Richard

    Richard,

Do you know of any library that contains castellations for PCB's ?      I am making a surface mount PCB that contains castellated edges for pads and wanted to check to see if they exist  before I make them myself.

    Thanks,

    Joe A.

    Hi Denica,

there is an interface which connects EAGLE with B2Spice. See

    http://www.cadsoft.de/services/simulation and

    http://www.beigebag.com/eagle.htm for further information.

    Hi Robert,

the flash drive you are using.... how is it mounted? Does it have a drive letter and can you access it with full rights, for example with the Explorer or an other application? Have you adjusted the path settings in the EAGLE Control Panel?

    Regards,

    Richard

    Thanks Richard,

That really threw me for a loop, I've been using Eagle for years wiring my sch. with the wire tool on the 'net' layer!

One more thing, I just went to a new machine in Windows 7. I Ioaded my files from my old computer onto a flash drive but can't seem to get them to show up on the control panel. I loaded the files directly into program files(x86) the 32 bit version and the path looks right but they aren't there when i bring up Eagle?

    Thanks again for you assistance.

    Robert
