IS there any way ODB++ files can be generated from eagle?
I tried by exporting to pulsonix first but with complex designs this gets messy.

I don´t know if you have already solved your Problem, but PCB Investigator does Support ODB++ in Eagle. It´s a CAD/CAM Software for investigating PCBs: https://pcb-investigator.com/en .
