Idea about ULP and toolbar

EAGLE has too many ULP, to run ULP need to select from directory or pulldown from submenu every time, maybe add some customizable button on tool bar for user can be more easy for user, and a .ini file can storage the button name and ulp's full path name.

I strongly suggest CADSOFT implement it in future versions...

Hello,

there are plans to improve the EAGLE text menu to have icons which represent EAGLE comands. So you will be able to use an icon and have it assigned, for example to the command: RUN designlink.ulp

Great news..

I think the pull-down menu is not good, I need hold press a while, then it show the ulp I run.

Yes, the customized buttons would be better, using the function like "Adding or deleting ULP buttons on the toolbar by users themselves" while some of the often-used ULP buttons are provided along with the software when it is installed. This would make a more flexible and easy-to-use EAGLE for users.
