for almost all TI's devices, you can find package in the .bxl format on Quality&packaging tab.
For TLV5628 it will be TLV5628 | Precision DAC (=<10MSPS) | Digital to Analog Converter | Quality & packaging
You can also find there instruction how to convert it to almost all possible CAD format.
