After one purchases an Eagle Upgrade, how does one get it to run?

I purchased an Eagle Upgrade to my Non-Profit version. It came with a S/N= and a bunch of numbers (the same numbers as my original license).....

It wont upgrade or run version 6... what am I doing wrong... I paid, is there some other step?

Hi,

you should have got an email with a pdf attachment that contains a link to our web server where you can find the license data for your new version. You have to download the license file and not the installation code consisting of 10 lower case letters which is presented at the web site.

Richard:

Thank you. That appears to be the problem. Lourdes responded to my email question today and sent me the required packing list, which contains a new verson of that code for my upgrade, it was ommited the first response I got.

I assume this will fix it. I will let you know if it does not.
