Problem with Design Link in Eagle

Hi, I have a query from a Customer,

 

 

I am having trouble with Design Link in Eagle 6.1  the ULP doesn’t finish connecting /interrogating the Element 14 site the following code appears

 

Error while accessing 'https://au.element14.com/pffind/services/SearchService':

6 SSL handshake failed

 

Any ideas? Suggestions
