Many DCR errors

Hi,

After autorouting i get many DCR errors as "ANGLE" (680 errors) some connector holes as "OFF GRID" and for an manual inserted Via i get "DRILL DISTANCE" (at layer 20).

The autorouter connects in many connectionpoints the trace off beam on those points. I believe this delivers the ANGLE errors.

Manual solving this kind of errors cost a lot of time.

How can i prevent this kind of errors in advance?

Hi,

grid and angle errors are not very critical. As soon as you have to combine SMD and through-hole components in different grids (Millimetre and imperial units) you will have angle and grid errors. I recommend to switch off these to checks. No problem at all.
