How to connect 4017 pins that are not on the digram

Hello Mr. Richard

I am absolutly new in Elecrtrinc world I watch CADSOFTUSA video tutorials and trying to make a circuit digram 555+4017 but I don't know how to connect PIN16 of 4017 and the componets that cannot find in library and on site of CADSOFTUSA . ASAP please reply.

I think you are looking for the "invoke" command. Type it on the command line, then click on the 4017. This lets you put the supply pins off on the edge of the schematic somewhere.

There is also help on this in the Help pages in Eagle.
