I need to have something like other similar CAD software has - I need to split schematics into few logical units (blocks) with some components in it. Then, I would like to connect those blocks (logical units) with relevant interconnecting wires. Then when I come to PCB design, I need to be able to Autoroute within one of these Blocks or some of them or all of them. Then, to manually route between these blocks...or again to use autorouter only on connecting blocks...
I think you have a picture what I mean.
Does Eagle has such option in any of its menus?
