I am currently learning EagleSoft and am trying to locate a footprint for the parts that were used on the Raspberry Pi Compute Module IO Board. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Cody,
You'll need to start with the schematic for the board. From that you should be able to identify the part numbers and then you can simply use Google to find the manufacturer of each part. If you're lucky your Google search will result in links to the pdf versions of the data sheets. The data sheet should give you the recommended footprint for the component then you can set about making the part in EAGLE.
