I would like to find out the difference between an upgrade license versus a normal license for eagle PCB?
If you already have an earlier version of EAGLE then depending upon what version you have you may be able to upgrade to the latest version (with an "upgrade license") at a reduced cost compared with buying a new license ("normal license").
