I have 3 sch different files with their corresponding brd files.
Is there a way to merge the brd files into one?

Hi Fabian,
Dont know if u figured this out or not, but you can try doing the following:
1. Open 3 instances of eagle software
2. Group the schematic, Copy them to put the data in the buffer
3. Paste in the "main" schematic file
If you can try pasting them in different sheets
