PADS to eagle converson

I have some PCB files in PADS that I would like to conver to eagle files (import) and then use eagle to complete/modify the design. Is there a way to do this?

Lee, LogicSwap has the capability to convert pretty much any EDA/CAD tool format into EAGLE, including PADS.
