PADS to eagle converson

I have some PCB files in PADS that I would like to conver to eagle files (import) and then use eagle to complete/modify the design. Is there a way to do this?

We have a free DOS Based program called XCONVERT that will translate an OrCAD Multiwire, Tango and Pads netlist into an EAGLE Netscrip file. After manually placing and naming the components on the board, you can import the converted netlist using the SCRIPT command.

Logic Swap seems to have a much better polished solution.
