how to make a MARK point?

Question

I use a 0mm width circle place on top, and larger circle place on tStop , tKeepout and tRestrict, to make a package as MARK point.

but DRC can't check out errors..

can someone give me some advise?

create a footprint with 1 SMD round pad (diameter:30-40 mil), cover with a solder stop mask with 60-80mil dia. +++++++++++++++++ 用于SMT设备定位的定位标识，其实就是一个无任何网络连接的圆形或者方形SMD焊盘。一张PCB图上需要3 - 4个就足够 （BGA，QFP等器件需要单独的定位，特殊connector也可能使用）。 在EAGLE中，如果你开启foward/backannotation正反向标准来在Schematic中放置Mark的Symbol，那么会自动在Layout Editor中出现其footprint，如果该footprint没有和任意一条NET，Copper和footprint产生间距错误（比如放到网络线上，手动敷铜区，和其他元件重叠等），则ERC不会检查出错误。 只有在关闭正反向标注后，单独在PCB editor放footprint，后面的DRC检查才会报错 （因为PCB图中多了一个器件，而原理图中没有）。
