Can anyone tell me if this would work for a LED Cube? It is my first time drawing a schematic using cad.

Hmmm. What did you zip the file(s) with?
When I try to extract it Windows tells me that the zip archive is empty and contains no files :-(

the picture you are showing us is not an EAGLE schematic. So, I think, the EAGLE Workshop group is the wrong place to post.
