how can I adjust ps to page's center?

I need use PS_INVERTED device output a photographic in CAM processor.

but while I adjust the offset, I got a large black area, it will waste too many tone of my laser printer.

 

so I have to use a few other software to adjust it to center of page.

 

maybe I'm wrong, but how can I do this without other software?
