Eagle libraries for US parts

I got a full version of Eagle and am somewhat dissappointed that its libraries are dominated by EU part makers while certain parts common in US cannot be found at all.

Are there any US libraries for Eagle? Does Newark have any Eagle libraries that match its stock?

Checkout opencircuits.com http://www.opencircuits.com/SFE_Footprint_Library_Eagle. It contains a link to the SparkFun Eagle Library with 472 devices and 694 footprints. It is a very nice library which I use regularly.

Does anyone know where I can find a footprint for a QFN-20 3mm x 3mm? The only ones I can find are 4mm x 4mm.

This is for an Atmel ATtiny24A-MMH.
