Hi,

 

I am looking at your Pro CAD package and need to know if I can import complete board designs (Schematic and PCB Layout) from 'Easy-PC'.

 

OK - I guess that I will need to create some new library parts, but basically I have a schematic AND a pcb layout in Easy-PC, and need to migrate these to a different CAD package.

 

OR can I import the layout direct from the gerber files maybe ??.

    Hi Graham,

     

    I hope you are doing well. I regret to inform you that there is no way to import any of the Easy-PC files, the best that could maybe be done is a netlist import.

     

    You could import the Gerbers but there will not be any netlist association, you'll only get the board artwork which may be enough for your purposes. At the moment this is all we have.
