How do I output a multi page pdf of a multi sheet schematic?

I asked this in the "ask our expert" discussion, but it seems better to use the forum as a forum rather than lots of discussions under one heading - so I'll ask it again as an easier to track item.

I have a multi sheet schematic, and I'd like to create a pdf with all the sheets in it.

Anyone know of a way to do this?

Using the File-> Print and output to PDF creates a PDF of the current sheet only, not the 3 I have setup.

I'm using Eagle Standard 5.11.0 on Mac 10.7.1
