Problem with library

Hi!

I have a problem with a my new project.

I need to use a MOSFET Vishay SUD40N10-25-E3SUD40N10-25-E3, I have to do a schematich and the layout but I can't find the a library to finish my work.

The component have DPAK package.

What do you suggest?

Ciao Filippo,

did you look into transistor-fet and transistor-power libraries. They come with a number of MOSFETs. Maybe there a comparable one available....
If not: There are lots of additional libraries available on the CadSoft website:
http://www.cadsoft.de/downloads/libraries

And pretty new: Libraries on element14.com:
http://www.element14.com/community/community/knode/cad_tools/cadsoft_eagle/eagle_cad_libraries
