I'm routing a board for RF use, there's several vias that need a specified annular ring other than defined for the other vias on the PCB, I'd like to simply draw a circle around these vias in a restrict layer, just as I've done for the top and bottom layers. How do I do this for the inner layers (route2 and route3)?

Hi Sander,

provided you are working with EAGLE 6 you can define a polygon and set it as cutout. So it works as a restricted area for other polygons. You can use it in any signal layer.
