Can I layout a circular pc board with Eagle

I reviewed the 2 Eagle videos by Jeremy and the board he designed was rectangular. I'm wondering if I could lay out a 3" diameter circular board with Eagle.

You should be able to. Use the mitter command and round the corners. so make the board square that is 3x3 and then mitter the corners.
