How to I rotate a footprint on the board 45 degrees

I have been searching for this on the forum and have seen lots of ULP's that claim to do this but nothing I do works. I have v6.4 and want to rotate a part 45 degrees. How do I do this?

An easy way to do it is to use the [ i ] info tool (the one at the top of the commands bard ), select the part you want to rotate and change the "Angle" parameter to 45, 135 , 225 or 315 (depending on the orientation)
