I'm not an expert here, but I think you might have a better chance of getting a useful answer if you can describe what's weird about the drill file data.
Good suggestion. I've generate a number of drill files and sent two to a PCB shop, they say the NC file is no good. When I look at it using a CAM tool, the output does not look at all like the PCB, there's no commonality.
