Creating a Single Sided PCB with no Hole Plating

Here's a stupid question...

 

Preface: I have a Professional Version License. I've designed, prototyped, have had fabricated, and sold several boards.

 

One of my customers asked me to design a single-sided PCB with traces only on the bottom and no plated holes for a custom prototyping board for Pin-through-hole (PTH) parts. Since none of the holes are plating, I thought I'd use the Polygon function to draw the traces and simply place holes where I needed. However, the polygon function does not seem to work correctly.  It will indicate some of the copper, but will not display copper around the holes.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi,

     

    holes are treated as a board cntour as it is with wires in layer 20, Dimension. There is a distance value for Copper/Dimansion in the Design Rules that is obeyed by the polygon. If you set the value to 0, copper reaches the contour of the hole.....

    IMHO it's easier to use vias and simply tell the board manufacturer that this is a single layer board and not to plate them.
