Hey everyone,
I'm very new to designing PCBs and using Eagle. I've created my own devices and packages before, but I've come across a footprint with pads that are very foreign to me. I'm also having a lot of trouble finding information about it online. The surface mount package is on the last page of the spec sheet here:

After a lot of research, I've come across a few names, including "edge plated castellation pads," but I still haven't found much concrete information. My question is- how do I go about designing this package in Eagle? Or is there an existing package somewhere? My boss envisions this smaller PCB being mounted on to a larger one that we are designing.
