I am looking for some help designing a circuit for my sons project.

-timer
-solar charger
-1 led
Must be able to come on everday at dame time...give or take 10 minutes. LED Must stay on for 1 hour .
Thats it...i cant get the timer to work correctly so i figured if let the pros do it.
