RJ45 Component & PCB size

I am just trying Cadsoft out at the moment, and am new to PCB Schematics, etc so bear with me if I ask a stupid question!

I am working on a project where I will want to use 4 x RJ45 connectors (not being used for Ethernet). I have attached a picture of the component that I am looking to use

Would there be a component in the libraries like this already, or is it something that am going to have to design by myself?

Also, there is a limit on PCB size. My board that I want to design will be approx. 250 x 200 (mm), however all the components will fit within the limit of the PCB size (160 x 100 mm I think). The rest of the board will just be blank, allowing me to mount an embedded PC, Transformers, etc. Will I be able to do this using Cadsoft?

Farnell has this type of product but without traffic/speed LEDs : 2442750
You can find on the Würtz website some CAD files but unfortunately not for Eagle: Modular Jack Horizontal Shielded 2 x 2 Dual Stacked Port w. EMI Panel Finger 8P8C Tab Up & Down WR-MJ - Product Catalog … in the tab "download".

Perhaps, you can find the product that is an exact copy of your picture by Molex or TE Connectivity
