Hi all, i have never looked at eagle and wouldn't have any clue where to start so i'm looking for some help.
I am trying to help a friend with an old Commodore Amiga A500. The A500 has an 86 pin edge connector for expansions on the side which is not too far off being a Zorro II interface. We have found some info online about wiring up a Zorro connector to allow the use of the big box Amiga 2000 expansions on the A500, specifically the Picasso graphics board at the moment.
I am looking to have a small pcb made up for this rather than hand wire it and was wondering if someone could create me a schematic/board layout i can have made.
Basically i need a female 86 pin edge connector on one end, a 74LS86 TTL chip and a 100 pin edge connector on the other end. Both edge connectors have the same width/pitch as old pc ISA slots and i have salvaged some ISA slots to use once i have a PCB.
Lastly, the Amiga 500 motherboard has been rehoused inside a pc case si space is limited where the edge connector is so if it would be possible we would need the 86 pin connector to be right angled.
These have been made before as can be seen on the website linked below and i have attached an the image i found on how to wire it up.
I don't know if what i'm asking is achievable easily or not so anyone able to offer info or help me out?
Thanks in advance
