where to find model zener diode for Eagle ?

In Autodesk Eagle Version 8.4.0 have built-in simulator (Ng-SPICE) simulator, but this simulator works only with components from one built-in small library such as resistors, diodes, but have not zener diodes model for simulate

 

files models have extention MDL

Where i can find library (LBR) with zener diode and compatable with Eagle simulator or model file (MDL) for it?

  • The .MDL files are just standard SPICE format files so any manufacturer that provides standard SPICE models for their parts are a good place to start in looking for a suitable Zener model. You can rename the file extension to .MDL or you can copy/paste the contents of the file into the add model dialog in EAGLE. Note that some companies provide LTSPICE libraries, but these are a format which is a proprietary format relating only to Linear Tech's LTSPICE simulator so are not usable.
