My first suggestion would be just learn to create library parts yourself. It's generally pretty easy. I've written a tutorial series about creating library parts in EAGLE.
My other suggestion would be to look at Wurth parts as an alternative. They do lots of connectors like these and they supply EAGLE library parts for the vast majority of their offerings. Check out http://www.we-online.com
It looks like the footprint on the conn-mloex.lbr - 0446200001 part would work. The outline might be off a bit as this is a side entry part, but the pins and mounting holes look to be correct. I have found a lot of the rj45 connectors (even from different vendors) have identical footprints.
