Airwire problem

Hello Everyone.

recently I try make board for micro controller 32u4 in eagle but i getting some air wire error

I can't understand this and I am also beginner.

This is ground air wire which connect through the IC and I also define the polygon on top and bottom this is my problem. i can't connect them through IC.I share photo also and please help for this error.

So you need to add in vias to connect your currently unconnected ground pins to your ground plane. I just had a look through the datasheet for the 32u4 hoping to see that that large centre pad described…

I just had a look through the datasheet for the 32u4 hoping to see that that large centre pad described as a ground pad but it gets no mention. It's possible you could connect that to ground and then your ground pins can then connect to that pad but I am not sure because the datasheet doesn't say whether it connects to anything internally to the device or not.
