I wanted to know if that is an alternative type of PCB design that has a similar interface and design like Altium because the price is ridiculous

That's certainly true - all reviews should be interpreted in the context of what you know about the reviewer.

If you want an online option that is very easy to get going, then I would recommend https://easyeda.com/

I find it has great import options and you can download your design files for safekeeping etc.

Otherwise, I too like to use the KiCad EDA although I find this takes much longer to learn compared to easyeda.
