You can fix this yourselves: Replace the first 44 occurances of <hole (lines 66 to 109) with <pad name="n" , where n is an incrementing number from 1 to 44. Save the file. Fixed!

Hi! I'd like to take a look at your version. But it seems it doesn't exist anymore. Could it be possible for you to share it again? Thanks.

The file permissions doesn't allow me access.  I sent an access request in Google Drive.

    Thanks Felix

Ah I see.. It is possible to modify the library component (first modifying the symbol and package) in EAGLE to add these, but requires a bit of practice. There are good instructions here: EAGLE Tutorial: Library Part Creation Part 1 - Creating Packages

The main difficulty is knowing the position of the pins, they will be approx 2.54mm separated but may need eyeballing&measuring more closely with a ruler or even calipers (if you're accurate to within a quarter of a millimeter that's good enough for those connectors, so it doesn't need to be too precise). Once you have those dimensions, and followed through a few of those tutorials from Rachael, you'll be comfortable making the mods (please post the file if you can, to help others).

One problem with that part is that the RUN and TV pins are missing.
