This four part series will show students, professionals, and makers of every level how to use Autodesk EAGLE for their electronic projects. EAGLE empowers designers with the capacity to create their electronic schematics and a circuit board with ease.
About EAGLE
For over 25+ years, EAGLE has been helping thousands of electronic design engineers and developers worldwide innovate. The powerful PCB design software offers the same core functionality as expensive commercial software at the fraction of the cost. Learn why EAGLE is one of the most popular PCB Design solutions:
- Easy-of-use 3 modules share a common user interface, undo/redo functions for numerous commands
- Technical support by dedicated experts
- Compatibility with Windows, Linux and Mac
- Over 50,000 component libraries and datasheets
- Data export for 3D visualization, simulation and board production
Getting Started with Autodesk EAGLE
Running EAGLE for the first time is fairly simple, but there's still more to learn. Join EAGLE Specialists Jorge and Ed for a detailed breakdown on how to navigate the Control Panel and organize your projects with a simple to use and effective project tree view system. You'll learn how to navigate the EAGLE control panel and design your first schematic.

Electromechanical Workflow with Autodesk EAGLE and Fusion 360
For a very long time, there has been an increasing demand for the capability of exchanging design file within an Electronic Design Application and a Mechanical Design CAD system. That has now been resolved with the latest release of Autodesk EAGLE. This new system allows users to fully interpolate files between EAGLE and the well known mechanical solution by Autodesk called Fusion360. Please follow Edwin Robledo and Jorge Garcia as they guide you at the best practices to optimize your workflow between EAGLE and Fusion 360.

Uncovering the Mysteries of the Autodesk EAGLE Library Editor
EAGLE includes a large number of libraries within its default installation. Manufacturers are constantly releasing new versions. Autodesk EAGLE has a dedicated team of Librarians that are consistently adding libraries, but there will be times that making your own will be necessary. To this end, EAGLE includes a package generator that uses a parametric package template selection tool that allows you to build a package and associated 3D model with a few mouse clicks.

Manual Routing Magic with Autodesk EAGLE
Autorouting can do an efficient job, but more often that ever you end up spending countless amounts of time cleaning up. Autorouters will never be able to take into consideration all the necessary variables in today's constantly changing technology. Manufacturers persistent strive for smaller and better performing components challenge the PCB designer to accommodate stricter DRC constraints. The EAGLE developing has introduced many new enhanced tools to make manual routing an easier task. Live Design Rule Check and Quick Route are just a few that we will be demonstrating. |
