Altium CirciutStudio donwload issue for free trial version

Hi Tech support. I am being asked for a login and password form Altium to download the free version of CircuitStudio. I have used my Elememt14 password, but this does not work. The requirement for a login and and password is not suggested on the free trail download web page.

So how do i get the free trial?
