Error on the trial registration page

I just downloaded and installed CircutStudio. When it starts up it goes to the first page where I would enter all my info to request trial. I get an error pop up:

app-sjf.marketo.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.

(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

---------------------------

When I click OK or close it I can enter all my info, but then when I click on "Get My Free Trial" nothing happens. What should I do?

Per the developers:

"It's not a common problem because the form is working for most users so maybe it could relate to their Internet certificate policy or something similar IT related like this."

We're looking into this from the Marketo perspective and have contacted them regarding an issue with Kaspersky Antivirus blocking Marketo forms. Are you using a software firewall or antivirus with web page protection features enabled?

I think the error has to do with antivirus or a corporate firewall security certificate installed on your network. We'll probably need to bypass the proxy firewall or AV software by adding the domains to an exception list. Does Altium have anything written up on this for CircuitStudio similar to this? https://resources.altium.com/p/how-to-download-and-install-ad10-when-using-proxy-servers

I'm finding that there are several URLs that the app needs access to after the install including
app-sjf.marketo.com
login.dotomi.com
login-ds.dotomi.com
*.altium.com
*.element14.com

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work through our proxy, maybe the app doesn't use the Windows Certificate store where the corporate self signed certificates are usually located?
