cicruit studio not functioning properly

When I try to open a PCBDOC file sent from another system , my circuit studio crashes down.It continues to open infinite circuit studio windows.I am using circuit studio v1.4.what  i am doing wrong ?

    I cannot say why your CircuitStudio crashes, but PCBDOC file formats are not generally compatible between PCB tools and not even between Altium PCB tools.

    Circuit Studio can import some PCBDOC file formats, see File->Import. I used this to import PCB documents from CircuitMaker, and those worked just fine.

    It was my mistake.Those was my earlier stages in circuitstudio and I didnt tried to import the same.
