HELP! Footprints not Accessed by Schematic Symbols

I have been using CircuitStudio for some time now, and am doing the largest design I've done with the software. Suddenly, a lot of my components started giving errors when porting over to the PCB layout, saying "Footprint Not Found". When I open the details of the component on the schematic, the footprint details are grayed out, and I am blocked from adding another. I have had to recreate several of my components from scratch - sometimes triple re-create them - to get them to work. Others I can't get to work at all. And, to make matters worse, I am having the same problem with every Vault component I download. I am hamstrung by this problem and losing money as I write this. Please help.

    Sorry to hear you are having such problems. When you mention downloaded Vault components, have you copied these to your own libraries and possibly edited them? Also are you still signed in to the software such that the Vault is active (i.e. can you use File > Vault Explorer)?
