Can't log in

I have purchased circuit studio but have not been able to log in. nothing works as I cannot reset my password.

    Hi, I can see your order was shipped on 6th December to your email address (as used on forum). You should have received an email with activation link, make sure to find this email, activate your account and then sign-in to CircuitStudio using your email address. If you have followed these steps and continue to have problems please email software@element14.com and include a screenshot of any error messages.
